Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Overview This document outlines the detailed terms for booking a 360 photobooth rental with SpinSnap 360. By submitting a booking request and signing your contract, you are agreeing to these terms. A full copy of our Terms and Conditions will be provided for your review. 1. Reservation and Payment Your booking is not confirmed until a signed contract and the required deposit are received. Until finalized, your date remains available to others. Booking Confirmation: Following a request, we will confirm availability and send a contract. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required within 4–7 days of contract signing to secure your date. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event. Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made less than 30 days before the event, the full price is due upon contract signing. Late Payment: If the final payment is not received by the 30-day deadline, we may cancel your reservation. All payments made will be forfeited. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Wix Payments, debit/credit card, or cash at the event. 2. Cancellation and Refunds Non-Refundable Deposit: The 30% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It compensates for administrative costs and holding your date. Cancellation More than 30 Days Out: If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, any payments exceeding the non-refundable deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellation Less than 30 Days Out: All payments become non-refundable within 30 days of your event. If you cancel during this time, all payments will be forfeited. This also applies to last-minute bookings. Outstanding Balance: If you cancel less than 30 days out, the full package price remains due as per the contract. Company Cancellation: In the rare event SpinSnap 360 must cancel, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including your deposit. We are not liable for any further costs. 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling with 30+ Days Notice: You may reschedule once, subject to our availability, without penalty. Your deposit will be applied to the new date, which must be within 6 months. If a new date cannot be confirmed, the deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling with Less than 30 Days Notice: Any request to reschedule less than 30 days before your event is treated as a cancellation. All payments will be forfeited, and a new deposit is required to book a different date. This includes last-minute bookings.
