-
Late Payment: If the final payment is not received by the 30-day deadline, your reservation may be canceled. All prior payments, including the non-refundable deposit, will be forfeited.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
-
Non-Refundable Deposit: The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

-
Failure to Pay: Should the final payment not be received by the 30-day deadline and your reservation is canceled, all payments made will be forfeited.
-
Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that SpinSnap 360 must cancel its services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., major equipment failure or operator illness), you will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit. SpinSnap 360 is not responsible for any consequential damages or costs incurred.
3. Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing a level, secure area with access to electricity (if required) and adequate space for setup and operation of the 360° photo booth.
Any delay caused by venue restrictions, power limitations, or environmental conditions outside our control may reduce active booth time without refund.
4. Liability and Equipment
SpinSnap 360 takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safe setup and operation of our equipment.
Clients agree to be responsible for any intentional damage or misuse caused by guests during the event.
We are not liable for any injuries or property damage resulting from unsafe guest behavior or venue conditions.
5. Use of Photos and Videos
By booking our services, the client grants SpinSnap 360 permission to capture and use event footage for promotional purposes (website, social media, or marketing) unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
All event media will be shared securely via QR code, email, or direct link.
6. Weather and Outdoor Events
For outdoor setups, clients must provide suitable cover (tent or canopy) in case of rain or high winds.
If weather conditions prevent safe operation, SpinSnap 360 reserves the right to pause or discontinue service for safety reasons without refund.
7. Technical Issues
While we take great care to ensure smooth operation, technical malfunctions or power interruptions may occasionally occur.
In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve issues promptly. If the booth becomes inoperable for more than 30 minutes, a partial refund or event credit may be offered at our discretion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services shall be handled in Duval County, Florida.
