This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to SpinSnap 360, a brand of Saya Modern LLC, for services rendered through our website, online bookings, or in-person transactions.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy before completing your payment.
SpinSnap 360 reserves the right to update this policy at any time, and the most current version will always be available on our website.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every client has a smooth and enjoyable event experience. However, because our services require reserving specific dates, travel arrangements, and preparation time, refunds are limited as follows:

1. Deposits

  • Booking Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your event date. For any booking made less than 30 days before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

  • Non-Refundable: The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any and all circumstances, as it secures your event date and compensates for lost business opportunities.

2. Full Payments and Cancellations

  • Payment Due Date: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event date.

  • Cancellation More than 30 Days Out: If you cancel your event more than 30 days before the event date, any payments made beyond the 30% non-refundable deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellation Less than 30 Days Out: If you cancel your event less than 30 days before the event date, all payments made will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. This includes the full payment for bookings made within the 30-day window.

  • Failure to Pay: If the final payment is not received by the 30-day deadline, your reservation may be canceled, and all payments made to date will be forfeited. The total cost for your event package remains due, and any outstanding balance must be settled.

  • Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that SpinSnap 360 must cancel its services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., major equipment failure or operator illness), you will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit. SpinSnap 360 is not responsible for any consequential damages or costs incurred.

3. Rescheduling

  • More than 30 Days Prior: You may reschedule your event once, subject to our availability, without penalty. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new date, provided the new event takes place within 6 months of the original event date. If a new date cannot be confirmed within this timeframe, the deposit is forfeited.

  • Less than 30 Days Prior: Any request to reschedule less than 30 days before the event will be treated as a cancellation. This includes events originally booked within the 30-day window. All payments will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a different date.

4. Event Interruptions

If SpinSnap 360 must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or severe weather), clients will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit transfer to a new date at no additional cost.

If a client must cancel, please refer to our terms and conditions.

5. Partial Service Interruptions

In the unlikely event of a technical issue during your event, SpinSnap 360 may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion, based on the duration of service affected.

6. Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital media (videos and highlight reels), once delivered to the client, no refunds can be issued for digital content.
Corrections or adjustments may be considered upon review if a technical error occurred.​​
